TRADING ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Delivery shall be made once customer has approved of the goods and subject to payment and stock availability.
Delivery time shall be between 5 to 7 days depending on the type of goods. However during a high demand this period may extend to 45 days only on certain goods.
There must be somebody at the delivery address to sign for the goods otherwise they will be returned to our depots.
Delivery/freight times are subject to charge and this will be determined at the time of processing orders.

2. Payments:
All payments must be made prior to dispatch of goods.
All goods charged in Sterling only. To convert to other currencies, please visit www.currencyconverters.uk.com and go to FAST FREE CONVERTERS.
We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit cards.
Cheques and postal orders accepted for UK customers only via mail.

3. Packaging:
Goods shall be packed in blister bags, boxes or poly bags.
All merchandise is guaranteed to be as described.

4. Refund and replacement of item if different from the one purchased, shall be at our own cost.
Please do not remove the tags on the goods. Once these are removed, the goods may not be returned.
Shipping and/ or customs fees are non refundable.
For hygienic and safety reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange items that are opened or used.

5. We shall not be liable for goods damaged or lost during transit.
