each item to ensure you receive the correct goods.

We accept Trade and Retails minimum orders of £60.00 only.

POSTAGE

Free for all orders over £100.00 otherwise please
add £3.90 for postage. Dispatch is normally within
five working days on certain products.

PRICES

Please note that our prices are subject
to alteration without prior notice.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by cheque, postal order, banker’s draft and Pay Pal. Regrettably, we do not have credit card facilities at the moment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash for security reasons.
For the initial order we ask for payment in full prior to despatch of goods.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS POLICY

We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction. Goods may be returned within 28days from the day they are received, provided they are unopened and unused. We will be happy to refund the full cost, excluding return postage costs. We will replace any faulty goods and redress any error in connection with an order providing notification is given to us within 14 days from the day the goods are received.
Goods that are damaged during transit must be reported upon delivery to MANAKEDI within 48 hours of receipt. Goods that have been in the customer’s possession for longer than 21 days cannot be returned for credit.
